The Museum is currently closed for the summer. If you would like to visit, please use the contact tab and send us a note. We will get back with you shortly to set up a mutually agreeable time for your visit.

Currently on display at the Museum is a collection of antique typewriters and business machines. For a more detailed description of the show and a few photographs, please click on the Events tab.

The Florida Pioneer Museum is located at 826 N. Krome Avenue in Florida City, Florida. You can’t miss us – we’re in the old F.E.C. railway station agent’s home, built in 1904. It’s painted Flagler yellow and has a porch in front. Come sit for a spell.

Our hours of operation are Wednesdays and Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Museum closed for the season on Saturday, April 30, 2016. We will open again, hopefully, in November. If you would like to make an appointment to visit the museum before early November, that can be arranged. Please use the contact form on the web page by clicking on the Contact Us tab and send us a message. We will get back to you to set a mutually agreeable time for your visit.

To contact the Museum by U.S. Mail, send your query to P.O. Box 343312, Florida City, FL 33034.
